Minimum Bench Rate: $75.00 for 0.5 hour Diagnostic (applies to final cost to repair)

Hourly Bench Rate: $150.00

If the diagnostic findings suggest that repairs will be in excess of 2 hours or $300.00, then a manager will contact you to discuss repair plans or possible replacement of the PC.

If parts are required, then we will require either 50% of the parts order in a deposit payment or we will need a credit card on file, and this is the same procedure for ordering new PCs.

When the repairs are completed, you will receive a call from us to make pickup arrangements. You will receive an invoice via email, or we can print a copy, and take payment for services at the time of pickup.
