PC REPAIR SERVICES
Bring in your computer for diagnostics, repair, tune-ups, data recovery, and practical advice on repair or replacement.
MINIMUM DIAGNOSTIC
$75
Covers the first 30 minutes of diagnostics. This amount applies to the final repair cost.
ADDITIONAL BENCH TIME
$150 / hour
Our hourly bench rate for additional repair work.
If diagnostic findings suggest repairs will take more than two hours or cost more than $300, a manager will contact you to discuss repair options or possible PC replacement.
If parts are required, we require either a 50% deposit toward the parts order or a credit card on file. The same process applies when ordering a new PC.
When repairs are complete, we’ll call to arrange pickup. We’ll email your invoice or provide a printed copy, and payment for services is due at pickup.

Choose a convenient time to bring your computer in. The booking form asks for your name, phone number, the problem or a note, and your preferred date and time.
The minimum diagnostic bench charge is $75 for the first 30 minutes, applied to the final repair cost. Additional bench time is $150 per hour.
If repairs are expected to take more than two hours or cost more than $300, a manager will contact you to discuss the next steps.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern time.
Appointments start on the hour. The last appointment starts at 4:00 PM. No weekend appointments.
Bring your computer and its power adapter. Your appointment reserves a drop-off window; repairs may take longer.
